From The President
Greetings! As I’m settling into the role of President of the Austin Chapter of IFMA, I would like to thank everyone for this opportunity and for their support. I also want to acknowledge Joe Latteo and the wonderful job he did during his term. He left some big shoes to fill and I will do my best to guide us through this next year without disappointing him.
The last few months have been very busy for the Board and Committees. We have fully launched a new management platform, MemberClicks, for our luncheons and sponsorships and we look forward to collecting feedback from our membership. The Committees are in full swing securing programs and tours, retaining and gaining members, and planning our Association gatherings and events. Our golf tournament was a success and plans for our Holiday Dinner Cruise are almost complete. While our committees are highly successful, many are comprised of only one or two people. We welcome all volunteers who want to help make this organization great and would love to add to our committees.
I’m looking forward to connecting with each of our members and learning how we can help you get the most out of your IFMA membership. See you at the next meeting!
Aimee
