Organics "By Gosh" is a commercial compost facility in Austin, TX committed to the model of Zero Waste and creating re-generative products that benefit our community and the environment.  Noelle Bugaj is the Organics Recycling Department Manager at Organics "By Gosh".  She works with commercial businesses throughout the City of Austin assisting them in meeting compliance for the URO, setting up successful compost programs, and providing education, training, & support for a business' Zero Waste efforts.  The presentation will cover the concepts of Zero Waste, the City of Austin's URO requirements, and how to set up successful compost & recycle programs at a commercial property.
