Having worked as an interior designer, a workplace strategist, a consultant, a client and a sales representative for commercial, education, retail and healthcare fields, Melanie draws on a broad body of knowledge in the study of workplace environments. Melanie regularly leads customers through hands-on visioning sessions, helping organizations align their values with design decisions, ensuring optimal safety, engagement, performance and longevity. She finds passion in the customer experience from initial introduction through the design and discovery process and beyond even into post-occupancy. Joy is found in helping customers realize the potential that their space can have on an organization, on its people and on its success. It is about aligning ourselves with our partners and collaborating to create a solution that elevates not just the company experience but more importantly the individuals.
